The Treasure Hunt takes you outside, on your own, into public spaces we don't control. Some locations are on trails, near water, or off trail entirely. Some are out of cell service.

By taking part, you're choosing to take on those risks. Youer doesn't supervise the hunt in person and isn't responsible for injury, property damage, loss, or anything else that happens while you're searching, traveling to a location, or handling a hidden item.

Use good judgment. Respect private property and posted rules. If you're headed somewhere remote, bring a friend and tell someone your route. If a spot feels unsafe, skip it. There's always another clue.

This hunt isn't built for kids on their own but can totally be a family activity. If you're bringing children, stay with them the whole time.

By participating, you agree to release Youer, our employees, and our partners from any claim related to your involvement in the hunt.

No purchase is necessary to participate in or win the Treasure Hunt. A prize is awarded only to whoever finds a winning card in a hidden pouch and follows the instructions to claim it. Those who perform these actions first, claim the treasure.

One prize per person, per hunt. Prizes can't be transferred or exchanged for cash. Youer decides all questions about winners, and those decisions are final.
