Discount codes do not apply to sale items because we don't allow double discounting. Sale items are already marked down, and additional codes or promotions cannot be stacked on top of those reduced prices.

Any item discounted more than 20% is considered Final Sale. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please double-check sizing, colors, and product details before purchasing Final Sale items, as all sales are final.

The gift included in a 'gift with purchase' promotion is tied to the qualifying purchase. If you decide to return your order, the gift must be returned as well. If you'd like to keep the gift, you're welcome to purchase it separately if it's available.

We're a small, human team doing all fulfillment in-house, so fulfillment may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and support. We aim to ship you order within 5 business days of receiving it.

All orders with residential addresses are shipped via UPS Ground Advantage - this means UPS ships until the 'final mile', which is performed/delivered by USPS. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, addresses in AK & HI and international addresses will be done via USPS. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may be impacted by carrier and other factors outside our control.

Unless you purchase shipping protection at checkout, we are not liable for any lost stolen or damaged packages.

Shipping Protection is an optional, non-refundable add-on that you can include with your order. When selected, it provides coverage for any product that is lost, damaged, or mishandled during transit. If something happens to your order while it's with the mail carrier, shipping protection allows us to quickly replace the affected items for you. Orders without Shipping Protection will not be replaced by us.

Treet is the partner who powers Rediscovered - our resale site. We aren't able to combine or adjust Treet codes.
