True to size. Buy the same size you wear in our Success Pants , Get After It Skort + Earned It Shorts - we structure all our bottoms to fit based off the same measurements. Trust the process when trying them on. They will feel TIGHT! But that's how we've designed them to fit - like a second skin. Thus, they are quite compressive. If you want a less compressive fit, size up.

I've worn these in the gym, and they are perfectly high-waisted and non-moving to keep my pants up. I've worn these on a road trip, and they are great for curling up in the seat without being too compressive. And I've worn them while working from home. 100% can't wait to buy more.

I love the new version of the Earned It shorts so had to try the leggings as well. Just like the shorts, the fabric is thick, soft, and comfy--supportive without being constricting--and the print shows up beautifully. I will say that the leggings were actually slightly less compressive than I expected compared to the shorts. I'm 5'4", 150+ lbs with thick thighs and booty, a size M in all Youer bottoms, including the shorts. I ordered a M here because I like the level of compression on the shorts, but I almost feel like I could have gone with a small. They did great for a gym workout but I have yet to test them on a long run. Maybe it's the length--there's definitely extra fabric around my ankles, which maybe makes them a little looser all around. Anyway, I would advise sticking with your normal size unless you want a super relaxed fit.
